In November of 2002 it had 70,000 unique visitors and averaged over $500 a day in sales. This site changes daily and has several thousand items online. It was done almost completely by a database program that took us a year and a half to develop. All of the menus, the newsletter, the link trader and advertisers are either completely automated ( no editing necessary ) or can be changed from a central location. View Details Download Template	How-To-Get-Credit.com This is a current project on internet marketing research. It is simple and designed for traffic, not looks. It uses Hostnames for marketing purposes. for example: http://HOSTNAME.DOMAIN.COM instead of http://www.domain.com So far the technique is working pretty good, although some ISP's are lazy and don't update their servers to show hostnames.

It is a brochure type website that sells high end furniture. They have made a few sales, but the site isn't very old. After we made the site, we taught their daughter how to do updates on it.
View Details Download Template	Lafayette-Health-Club.com They wanted a very basic informational site so we put this site up for them. We went through several designs and they chose the very simplest of them all.
View Details Download Template	Keystroke Point of Sale This is an informational site about the point of sale program called "Keystroke". It's the same program places like office depot use to check out customers. The site is mainly for search engine traffic. Perhaps later we could add more "pizazz" to it. For now we wanted it fast and easy to read. The main point of interest is the random "testimonies" at the bottom of each page. The script pulls a random quote and displays it.
View Details Download Template	Ntense Technologies This is a business card site with 7 pages. This is a copy of their site as they wanted to host their website on their own servers and since they moved it's been difficult to download their website from their servers.
View Details Download Template	Used Cd Wharehouse This site is unique because it dynamically generates static pages.... ( no that's not a mis-type ). This took about 35 hours to complete and is a cd database program for my client to sell over 7000 cds and update them frequently. Her workers add about 400 cds per week. It's a mysql driven / perl database and cost was extremely low to get this client up and running with a useable product. The site is brand new, but it will do well in search engines.
View Details Download Template	Malchias This site is strictly for fun and a test bed for a program that we're developing now. We just wanted to play with art a little bit. It uses a mysql database to track and store info on each page / subpage. It's a content management system. It stores articles and based on the current template makes them live. this is a GREAT thing for search engines.

View Details	Heliboarding Anyone? Another hosting customer, but we also think that what he's doing is interesting. Basically you take a helicopter up a mountain and snow board down. The site is pretty nice looking too.

This site has just been turned over to us and it needs quite a bit of work. Check back in a few weeks to see what we've done. We are making it database driven where the customer can load all of their prints ( several thousand of them ).

Mike ( the owner ) has a few day care centers in and around Lafayette. This site will be designed as a traffic magnet. We are excited about some of the new technology we've discovered that allows us to Guarantee traffic!

They made their first sale 4 days after it was online using google's adwords to assist in their traffic. They have a non programmer filling out the forms which builds the site.

What Are the Disadvantages of a Generic Template?

While the main advantage is cost, there are several disadvantages to using a premade template.

• They may not be what you want
• If they are old, they may use bad technology
• They usually need a little bit of tweaking anyway
• You have to know how to code the basics
• They cost time instead of money
• Unless you are skilled, you won't know if they are any good
