What Data Do We Collect?

Every website maintains logs about what IP address visited them, what page they were referred from, how many pages that IP address visited, what browser they were using, and if they were able to find the page successfully or if they encountered errors.

In addition to this basic information, which is traceable only to an IP ( usually ), we also may ask you for your name and email address. There should also be a link to our privacy policy on every page that requests this information.

On the rare occasion that we have a survey we will also compile those answers, surveys are trackable only by IP address. Again, our privacy policy will ensure that your information remains private.

What do we Do with Your Data?

Anonymous data we will release to parties as we see fit. Your private data, such as your email address and name, will never be released. We honor our privacy policy and will protect your privacy, however certain court orders may require us to release your information to the authorities.

What about Security?

We also store our databases in directories that are not accessible from the internet, we use protections on our scripts to prevent un secure CGI scripts from accessing data in other people's folders. Sensitive data is also stored in password protected MySQL databases. We maintain a regular patching schedule and monitor ports constantly for hostile activity. You can rest assured that your data is safe with us.
